The question goes to what camera you prefer shooting? on the hasselbad you can have different lenses and a Digital back. Don't forget filters, a flash, diffusor, and cases for camera and film. Factor in the price of a Clean Lubricate and Adjust (CLA) for whatever you end up buying. Originally posted at 2:51PM, 28 December 2011 PSTĮither camera would serve you well.

I'll be using it for portraiture (street) and portability's not an issue. Which Hasselblad version do I need? (500, 501.) What is a decent/normal price for a Hasselblad with 80mm planar? I was browsing the web for another Rolleiflex and then I stumbled upon some amazing Hasselblad pictures! And now I can't decide with camera I want to get. And besides that, I thought the focussing glass was pretty dim and its hard to change it on a E model. I had to send it back since the seller promised me that the light meter still worked but it didn't. I had my mind made up and got a Rolleiflex 2.8E (almost mint with warranty ) from ebay. I have around 1500 euro's to spend on a medium format camera.
